A wedding in two counties - The red rose and the white rose counties. I met Sarah and Jonny at a wedding fayre, and we hit it off from the start, probably down to our love of dogs.
Sarah & Jonny had planned an intimate, delicate wedding. They didn't want big, so the church ceremony in Lancashire to the Private Country Lodge in Yorkshire was the perfect fit for them. I have to mention the butterfly that had us all in tears during the signing, a family member who unfortunately couldn't be with us in body, came in spirit in the form of the butterfly.
After the ceremony, they departed with their closest friends and family of about 20 to the beautiful and enchanting Elm Lodge near Kirkby Stephen. We took to the gardens straight away, just as the sun was setting over the trees, lighting up the lodge in a sun glow haze.
Then the private chef, Cook in the North, cooked up the most amazing feast! It was intimate, it was special, it was Sarah & Jonny to a tee.
I wish them all the best for the future.
